ABOUT CORRASINI
Corrasini by Roberto is a new, modern Italian restaurant in the heart of Ivano-Frankivsk. The restaurant’s atmosphere captures the essence of Italy, with dishes crafted from recipes passed down through two generations of the chef’s family.
The name Corrasini is linked to the renowned architect François Corassini, who designed the Stanislav Fort — the bastion where the restaurant is located.
THE BAR
Together with YOD Group, we executed the zoning of the entrance area, where we placed an island-shaped bar and an adjacent service line.
The bar visually separates the kitchen output area from the guest zone, while maintaining the openness of the space.
Since this is a bar within a restaurant, we took into account spaces for wine and beer dispensing, in addition to the classic workstations. This design allows for quick service at the right temperature, all within the compact bar area.
This new, delicious, and refined restaurant is a must-visit, highly recommended by our team.
