ABOUT CENTAURA RESTARON

We would like to share the story of the reconstruction of the iconic centaura.restaron.

The renowned restaurant on Rynok Square, formerly known as Kentavr, has undergone a transformation, during which we were responsible for modernizing the bar and kitchen. The design for this renovation was created by Denys Belenko Design Studio.

THE KITCHEN

● Our bureau, together with the restaurant’s head chef and independent technologist Vlad Grechanov, developed the layout logic for the equipment and process zoning within the allocated space.● We custom-designed the equipment to meet the restaurant’s needs and the operational team’s preferences.● The manufacturing, delivery, and installation of stainless-steel equipment were also under our supervision.

WE ESPECIALLY WANT TO HIGHLIGHT

● A massive central island with a seamless countertop

● A 3.5-meter-long service line

● Numerous complex and intricate design elements, crafted by our professional team
