ABOUT FOOD COUTURE

The Food Couture restaurant has opened its doors on the premises of the Toronto-Kyiv business center. As a small and a very cozy place, it swiftly filled up the Instagram feeds of Kyivans.
The bird aviary located behind the back line of the bar attracts particular attention of the guests.

In order to increase the number of seats at the bar, we came up with the following solution. The part of the bar designated for serving the guests is made in a radial shape with an extension into the hall. This refinement allows the bartender to set the private atmosphere with the clients sitting at the bar without interfering into the service process.

Our technical solution provides a separate area designated for working with the waiters. It is located at the entrance to the bar and fitted with a service station, coffee equipment, ice generator and 8-pan refrigerated prep table.This bar configuration enables the comfortable work of two bartenders and one barback.
