This was a task with an asterisk. We were contacted by @Alexandr Yourz with an order for unique custom kitchen equipment. Let's talk about one of our most difficult projects.
SCOPE OF WORK
● The area of the production premises is 13.8 square meters.● 4 processes: cold dishes, hot dishes, WOK and a tableware wash.
IMPLEMENTED SOLUTION
● A WOK station with two burners built into the refrigerated table with six drawers.● An induction hob built into the freezer table with four drawers. Also, there is a refrigerated table with twelve drawers, two trash containers and a dish rack. All this is a single element 4.3 meters long, with an offset cooling unit.● A tableware wash area is completed.
This project is a unique case where, due to bold design solutions, it was possible to achieve more than the maximum in such a small space. This kitchen can be considered an ergonomic guide. Do not hesitate to communicate with professionals, almost all your wildest fantasies can be realized.
