ABOUT THE INSTITUTION

Follower on Lev Tolstoy Square is a two-story restaurant of Italian and American cuisine, with a well-developed cocktail and coffee menu. The bar area of the restaurant is designed for a high seating position. It democratically wins the guest’s favor for a cocktail or a cup of coffee at any time of the day.

The bar has an island-based front line without the back line, which allows the bartender to get to the bar operational area easily from any wing. This was done primarily to prevent the bartender and barista from interfering with each other during peak hours. In this case, one bartender makes coffee, and the other one works with guests and service without bothering each other.

The static equipment with a refrigeration volume is adjacent to a hot-rolled metal worktop with the integrated coffee equipment.
This coffee module is equipped with a 2-pan refrigeration volume, a compartment with a water purification system, built-in scales, a rinser, a perforated surface with drainage, a knock box, and a pull-out trash drawer for large waste.
