The contours of the arch crowns and roofs in the heritage building are reproduced in the interior and the frame of the bar stand. We managed to place all the bar process technologies effectively in a dedicated space of the bar. However, a few months after the restaurant was opened, it was decided to increase the number of work stations to make the bar more productive.We promptly manufactured a second cocktail station furnished with a cooling bath for sparkling wines. It replaced the refrigerator in the equipment arrangement.Today, the concise bar is designed for comfortable work of two bartenders and one barback during peak attendance.
