Kyiv Food Market is situated in the fifth building of the old Arsenal military plant built in the late 18th century. It quickly became a favorite meeting point for Kyivans and the guests of the city. Kyiv Food Market hosts more than twenty restaurants that can cater for any taste of the visitors.

The bar is equipped with three low-temperature and three Tefcold wine cabinets, as well as with three cocktail stations. We placed a unique 12-pan module with a medium-temperature refrigeration volume in the center of the bar working area.

The pans can be accessed by the bartender from both the left and right wings of the bar. We also placed a barback’s work station with a high upstand at the side end of the module. It allows to hide the preparation processes from the guests.

The barback’s work station faces the hall to improve his communication with the bartenders on a large area of the bar.
The capacity of the bar is designed to serve over 10,000 food hall visitors per day.
